Just curious, but what features did you use to differentiate it from the other Tyranno's?

Check out the profiles. You can see big differences in the patterns when you start comparing them.

i think its fuscotaeniatus if its decent size then its female i have the exact same fish.

I am having trouble picturing this fish as a fusco. It does not look right. I am going to have to agree with everyone who went with the tyranno

I have to disagree. There are no Nimbocromis species with the horizontal stripes on them. All Nimbochromis present blotched patterns. The fish over here is a T. Macrostoma.
