Hardiest fish you ever had to find?

I always give up when i can't find a hard to find find fish. i just buy a common fish that is simaler to what i wanted. I might not be getting the killin parrot i want one but it will cost too much to ship one. i might get a common blood parrot instead.
 
Hardest fish I've tried to find has been a Centipede Knife fish. It took me over 2 years looking for it before I found one for sale online. So I jumped all over it an ordered it. I was so excited to receive it BUT it showed up DOA. An of course it was the only one the store had. So again I'm back to looking for one.

been looking for a hystrix male for over 2 weeks now in NYC found one in jersey but cant get there and the shipping would put it out of budget. not sure if stores in nyc carry hystrix lots of teacups and motoros but never seen hystrix yet.
 
I can't find a dovi anywhere. I went to many different stores with no luck. Today i finally found them but they were out of stock :(
