That is the biggest tank that I have had upstairs.I don't recall why but for some reason I set one up in the unused back bedroom on the second floor....on top of a long dresser.

i have 180's with sumps and a 125 on the first floor above a stacked stone basement. I put two floor jacks under the 180'sjust to sleep at night... and try to Scituate directly above the foundation walls. Not sure i would go bigger, like duanes my home was built over 100 years ago and has actual dimensional lumber in the frame and joist.

yeah.... that's what I'm trying to avoid. Don't have much experience with the structural things, but from I understand, sagging means there could already be structural damage, which I don't want.

It's an exageration, but u can damage the supporting structures by putting things that are too heavy.
