patchy ST was a craze that started in singapore when surpplys of good grade ST started to run dry
normally people wouldnt have even thought twice about buying the lower grade so called patchy ST and they would normaly be thrown back by the exporters
as surpplys started to run dry the grade of ST dropped lower and lower then someone started to tell people the patchy ST was cool starting a craze
must be one of thows things only a long term tiger keeper would know
Maybe some one that can read and comprehend English would know that Im talking about INDOS not STs! Ive seen patchy STs but never ITs.
