Awesome grab and as far as stocking ideas some Pbass and rays that combo never gets old and it looks the best in a huge tank.

The guys at the shop figure 2000 plus pounds. Keep the stocking ideas coming. Would love the large mouth but believe there illegal here.

I don't know about Alberta but in Ontario I think it's legal if you buy the fish from a fish farm.

p.s. Sick tank!!

Hmm with a tank that size I'd do huge new world cichlids with large dithers there be enough space to make large territory's for the big fish you could do alot of combos not many people are able to achieve.

I would do full amazon...sand bottom, driftwood and Large peaceful SA fish. Huge geo altifrons; large satanoperca leucasticta, daemon, a few rays on the bottom, lots of driftwood coming down with Altum angels and discus swimming in between. Maybe grab a school o uaru, chocolate and true parrots... You could add large tetras in there and they will get along amazingly.
Well this is the exact thing I intend on doing when I buy my 10x3x3 at the end of next year!

I agree with this! But to follow up with my Largemouth idea, could you not buy a Florida strain largemouth from a breeder? Its legal that way I think, no?

Awesome grab, the dimensions are crazy. Cant wait to see the finished product, I also like the bass and sunfish idea. Amazon tank would look awesome as well.
