I've had this festea for about a year, and I've thought it was a male. He has been pretty weird lately(Color wise). He may be a she... Can any one tell? He/She is 11".

from what i can tell it looks female..

i think its a male just showing real good colors right now. the pics in the first post look male plus you say its 11 inches. females only get 12 inhces max in the wild. i dont see a female getting 11 inches in a year.
