Have you cheated on your wife/gf...

Man some of you guys are real lucky.

My first tank i set up was a 70g community tank which is in the lounge room and my parents absolutely love it especially when visitors complement them on how nice the tank is setup. WELL the only reason this tank was setup is because we have an arch doorway between two rooms and it would of cost like 3k to plaster it up, instead i made a nice cupboard/bookshelf and added the tank as a feature so my mum uses the shelf for photos so she is very happy about that and im happy that i get to keep fish...

ANYWAY i got more into the hobby and I FOUND THIS SITE. Anyways i have room in my room and i got a spare 70g so i decided i wanted to set that up, BOY WAS I WRONG. Anyway i set it up and i am still in a WAR with my mum over having a fish tank in my room, bloody 21 yrs old and still have to argue over dumb **** with my old lady. And to think what she is going to do when i bring a 180g home, lucky she gets attached to animals and with my Lates Calcarifer in the 70g right now i should have it in good size in a year to get a nice big TANK!

I'll update you guys what happens next if im still alive

I sometimes just want it in my tank so bad that as soon as I get home. I say "I SAW A FREAKIN' RARE ASS FISH FOR A GOOD ASS DEAL AND I NEED TO GO GET IT NOW!!" LOL! Pretty much works.
Lol, yep! :p "But babe, this fish is different??... this one is really really RARE?!!" :y220e:

And still, hasn't seen the 450g & 560g tanks I picked up a week or 2 ago?!! :grinno: :uhoh:

See that's the way it is supposed to be done. That way no lying cheating or stealing to get your fish. If the sig. other is cranky, you can say, well it was your idea to get all of them..lol.
Try that!
It's just when we break up who's gonna get which tank... and which fish. :1zhelp:

My wife hates the tanks. I told her I would wait until we get the bigger house for the monster tank. She asked how big? 100 gallons? I laughed and told her at least a 670.
She got pissed but I wouldn't back down. I told her it's going to happen, get used to it! She gets a bigger house, I get a monster tank! That's that!
