Having a bad fish week :o(

My Oscar is sick too...I hate disease! I am going to wipe out all bacteria and parasites. Ewurm goes nuclear...LOL
 
I hate bad fish weeks. I was lucky to not losing fish for almost 4 years straight. Last week I lost 6 german blue rams, 6 harlequin rasbaroras, and 7 cardinal tetras. All died from something the cardinals brought into my tank and none of the LFS could find anything wrong with my tank or the fish no spikes or anything. I guess it hits us all every so often :cry: .

So I know this is allot for a cory, but I paid $9 for each of them. The only cory's I see around here are the albino type, and the pandas are so much cuter. So when one of the LFS's got a group of pandas in I was excited. The lfs that I got the neons and the pandas from will not sell them for a few days after they get them in to let them calm down a bit. So I waited a week before I went in and bought them and they still died within two weeks of getting them home. There were no signs of illness or injury on any of them.

within 2 weeks :WHOA: any chance of a refund/replace?

I know it sucks and all, but if they will replace them....

I knew I would jynx it somehow now I've lost a juvanile Ameca splendas (it was the last of six of them that cost me $40!) and my johnny darter Etheostoma nigrum because I put a pumpkinseed sunfish Lepomis gibosus in the tank.:swear:
 
I had a bad week last week too. I had my 5" johanna die my 4" creek chub died and then one of my tanks cracked! Every thing is better now though and everybody is looking good. Hope I don't have one of those weeks in a very long time.

I got a trade for one cory that died the day after i got them all. But they were all out of the pandas so i got three Opaline Gouramis instead. I got a new neon for the neon that died the next day after. But all of the other fish waited until a day or two after the replacement period to die.
