also i believe you must apprentice to a "master falconer"
for a while

it's kindaof hard to get into and must be very dedicated both for the sake of the birds and yourself

Yes Yes.

You must aprentice a Master Falconer for about 4 years, then you get a permit, wich allows you to keep one Falcon on your property with proper housing wich is inspected by a Master Falconer. Then after another four years you can apply for a master falconers license, you then show your abilities in falconry, and if you prove youself to be worthy, you may keep upto 4 falcons on your property with proper housing.

There are only 1,000 licensed falconers in the whole united states of america last I checked...

I'd absolutely love to get into it some day if I ever found a Master Falconer that would be willing to give me an aprenticeship. Maybe someday my dream will come true. :headbang2
