Walking Catfish are tasty. I had them when I was in Thailand

Here's my friend's reply on the ingredients.

It's tomato chili paste, easy to make. It looks more spicy than it is cause I use more tomato than chili. I could make it as spicy as I want though. I put too much sauce on it so it didn't look so great. Hey, as long it tasted good :)

i think i would have a littel trouble eating a fish that has lived a long time in a tank. seems to me its healthier to eat something that has been in the wild in its natural surroundings. and considering the fact that you think this fish had something problem internally, that would be another great reason to not eat it, but then again if its cooked im sure its ok, and im sure fish in the wild that people eat have their own problems too, but something rubs me the wrong way about eating tank raised fish

fish that come from the wild are far from being healthy. Why do you think they tell pregnant women not to eat fish, because they're loaded with mercury which will cause birth defects. Atleast we don't put any harmful chemicals into our tanks. :D

that really depends

i wouldnt eat a fish that has been medicated in the past

ive medicated my fish several times in the past

that why i would never eat them

Well, we do sometimes like when we medicate the tank, but at least u know which fish has been medicated.

But I agree on the wild fish. So many chemicals have been found in them that it's scary.

meh, the chlorine remover we put into our tanks says its also for fish that are only decorational and arent meant for consumption. Did you use those types of chemicals trust for your tank? I'm sure they're not that harmful, even if we did treat our tanks with certain chemicals.
