i edited my post read the rest. a high powered rifle would be unlikely do that damage but allow the person to be alive that long. construction accident or even car would be more likely IMHO. the angles of the fall dont line up as does other stuff

easy, watch him his breathing, the damage done and look into his head. i dont think this is real. He was lying face down in the water with a head like that and he didnt drown?? they took forever to get him out.... im sure the water was warm, so he should have bleed quick and large amounts.
