The more I watch it the more I call fake to face guy. No ventalator no bag nothing. He clearly has aganol breaths. Its possible its real but no one is helping him breath.... Odd.....

His breaths are clearly inadequit(sp). He needs assistance if real. Ur trac can be perfect and ull still need help if breaths are inadequit which his clearly are

Just based on the little picture from the video, looks kinda fake, the dude's face is split so deep and all you can see is red. Looks like a watermelon

How can you tell the breathing his inadequate?
If your head was smashed open, I'm pretty sure your body would be twitching.
If you look at the vid, there is a air tube connected to his trachea, it's just not connected to the ventilation pumps like you see on tv.

I work in medical field, I know inadequate breaths when I see them. And he clearly is having aganal resperations, which are defined as basically dieing breaths.
And its not just tv u really can get put on ventalater. Trust me iv been on one. At the very least someone should hook him up to supplamental o2 and a bvm.

Has no one seen the man who tried to commit suicide but lived? He blew his face off with a gun but was still coherent and even sitting upright. This guy could have totally survived this, even with major facial trauma. there are MANY people that live without faces, just a hole where it used to be or a mangled together makeshift face.
