My female beats my male up worse than that every once in a while...he heals up perfectly with out salt.just clean water every time!.
i hope so cuz i got two snails in there with him.. when i said alone i meant fish lol :/ salt bad for snails?

they have been pretty lame since i put them in with him
but he doesnt bother them so im mad at them lol jk.. well if i put them in a 5 gallon bucket while i give him salt, how do i get it out so i can put them back in? nevermind lol im just gonna wait to see if he heals first.. hes a tough cookie..

that might be best^_^ keep his water super clean and he should heal up in no time!
i never use meds unless clean water is not helping.
Maybe do a few extra water changes, and keep an eye on him.
thats funny u say that, i did a water change today and i think he had a little temper tantrum cuz i moved a few things lol
