Loss couple scales nothing to be concerned about they'll grow back. I had fish scrap large areas of skin and scales off there heads scraping the top edge of the tank. I had them damage there eyes long scraps down there sides. I seen alot worse then that and all heal back. I seen fish beat up torn up fins almost halve there scales missing heal back completely. Look at my avatar that is a bicher that got halve its face bitten off. Its all healed over now missing an eye and part of its jaw. Never got infected just healed over if you see it now its hard to tell at first glance but its missing an eye.

Naw I don't rescue hurt fish. My tank used to be a rough tank had some real bruisers in there. You had to be a tough fish to make it in there. Now the fish I keep mostly all get along but every now and then I see some fish missing scales. So there is some squabbling going on with each other in there still.

He will heal, I wouldn't put salt in with those snails either...stress coat should do the trick, won't harm them either

Nice convict btw, he has some great fins!

clean water and time always dose the trick

well thanks everyone! he is healing up with no issues, i didnt have to do anything to the tank
