slow down there man. i think your making the mistake i made when i got my 75. your wanting to set it up so bad that you are getting the fish for it, and after a while you will think that "oh the tank should be good" and put them in the 75. 8 times outta 10 your gunna lose your fish. i would probably keep your con and firemouth in the 20g and let the 75 gallon cycle, then introduce them into the tank slowly, preferably one at a time. then let the tank sit for a week or two, then you may get a couple more fish. don't go hog-wild and stock load it either. 1 or 2 fish at a time is safer and more ideal to keep safe and happy fish.
P.S i would look for fish that you know a little bit about there future. fish that get to aggressive or two big for your tank. they may look cute and small when you get them but its usually the cute ones that get big, mean, an gnarly. (my favorite kind of fish)
