One of the few American cars (besides classic muscle) that are worth anything.Is it all stock?

And as for the snowmobiles, have you ever ridden a turbocharged one?

I was looking at a TC 600 Skidoo for $2500. It had a boost controller, and apparently made 175 HP on Premium and 250 on race gas with the turbo cranked. That would be ridiculous, and would make those 1000 CC sled owners look like fools. I wish I would have jumped on that.

The Car is stock, it belongs to my girlfriend. It doesn't need much more, it's 436 HP. I told her last night that if the oil pressure gauge (at 40 psi) was a boost gauge, we'd be making 1500 HP.

The brand new C6 with the exhaust upgrade puts out 436 HP and 428 ft-lbs to the crank. I decided a month ago to take it out on a nice freshly paved country backroad. I floored it from 0 and hit the shift points pretty well. I went over 150 MPH in about 20 seconds and quit. Next Spring we're taking it to the track that has the longest straightaway in North America apparently. Supposedly it tops out at 190, I'll get as close as I can. I was sweating through my shirt at 150.

They're doing their best to compete with the supercar manufacturers, and succeeding. BTW, that car gets 26 MPG while cruising. The top gear is so tall, you're at 1500 RPM at 80 MPH

I will be keeping my 08 vette out all year LOL. I have the exhaust upgrade too and the Z51 pkg, glass roof, chrome wheels etc. It is a fast car but the fit and finish sux IMO but def the fastest car you can be in that price range. Good luck

They definitely could have put in some Recaro seats and a decent stereo head. Also need to stiffen up the ride a bit. But you're right, for the money you can't beat it.
