I am using a special aquarium save caulking that binds just as well on pond liner as on glass from marintec. At least that is what the label says.
Only time will tel if it does.

This is knot the caulking that holds the glass in place it is just to make the seal waterproof

Really cool build, looks great! Would love to do something like that because we have a similar climate. Love the snakeheads as well. You'll have to let us know how easy/difficult it is to keep the room at 26 degrees
