well I just googled: "bear face" aquarium heater... and the ebay auction you linked was the only thing that came up... So it doesn't sould like a very big manufacturer... I wouldn't trust it...

I'm planning on heating my 120g with a 300W Hydor ETH In-Line Heater, and that should work with a 125g also.
They're pretty pricy, but they're supposed to be pretty reliable, and since they're out of the tank it makes the tank look a little nicer.

I am using 2 -250W ebo jagers on my 150 gallon.

you could use 2-200W heaters on your 125..
