Zoomed makes a product called reptile heat cable, its waterproof and for use inside the cage. I use it in spots where my ceramic heat emitters don't get too well, wrapped around branches. It seems to do a great job of supplementing the radiant heat source and is relatively inexpensive.
radiant heat and a lamp will be fine just keep a eye on thermostat the first 24 and make you adjustment oversize heater so you can dial it down. if needed
uv is needed and so is photo period if you say photo period is for only breeding you are kicking your self in the pants cause that is what is the most natural environment which causes them to go into that cycle of egg production come on do the research
