Hecklii with Discus

I've kept these with angelfish and penguin tetras.I never noticed any predation or aggressive behaviour towards tank mates.
As Duanes pointed out, I found them to be hard on each other.
As they got older the aggression got worse.
I had to part with them for this reason and also because my water was a little on the hard side for them.
In harder water I found they became prone to bacterial infections.
Beautiful fish though,I definitely see the appeal.

Thanks everyone. Here's another thought. I have an open 100 that I plan on growing out a 5" male marble montoro. What are your thoughts with the 3 heckelli and him?
