First day of tilapia strip feeding failed. He just looked at it till it fell to the ground! Im getting nice clean guppies first, pump him up with food again.

it's to be expected just keep him full weather it be from feeder or dead ,Cichla when fry will completly digest what ever you feed in about 12 hours if your temp is right...
 
I did. Treated the whole 75 gal with jungle parasite clear along with a heater and some more aeration. the pinima stopped eating but looks normal, nothing has changed. Except he has stopped eating. Probably gonna try a couple of doses in the next few days just as a precaution. Im just gonna try feeding him if hes hungry and treat him max three doses then im done with medication. Hopefully everything will be okay after that.
 
im not sure treating was the smartest thing to do. Now it no longer eats? Thats a step backwards

u say a heater was added? What was the tank temp before u added the heater?
 
I would do major water changes, keep the lights off, clean your filters, add extra aeration, and try to feed what ever he eats. He's on his last leg if he stopped eating with a potential parasite.
