Hello From Toronto

Hey everyone,

Just as the title says; I'm from Toronto. New to the forum, but not to aquatic husbandry. I've been in the game for over 12 years, and kept everything from common community fish to exotic monsters. Took a break from the hobby in 2014, and decided it's time to step back into the pond.

Looking forward to chatting with everyone and hopefully meeting some fellow blue whale catfish keepers as well.

I think they're awesome, some may have a different opinion though haha.

They look like miniature great white/bull sharks (especially their teeth), but behave more like cookie cutter sharks. They're quite the nasty parasite/predator in the wild. Often burrowing into larger fish and eating them inside out.

Watching these fish during feeding is quite the show. They go into a frenzy at mare scent of food, and then berserk when they bite into their food
