One of my platies has dropsy, what can I do to save it? My mom says I should use melafix but I didn't want to kill off my loaches and for it not to work..

i use metro when my africans get bloat dont know how it willeffect the loaches though. maybe try a half dose

Nevermind.. I couldn't stand to see it suffer anymore, so I put it in the 75 gallon which has my 14 inch Oscar.
hah, seriously dude. That wasn't a good idea. Your Oscar could now get sick from a stupid little platy. Just hope you get luck.

I didn't know! Now I must find some medicine in case the oscar does get sick so I can be prepared... I feel really stupid and bad right now...

I will feed him nutrional stuff... I figured out why the oscar wasn't eating before... which is good..
