I hate spending a lot of cash on someting I know I will only use for a couple months :(....Also I guss I will take a couple bioballs and a peice of the filter pad from the 220s wet dry. Should I go ahead and stick a small fish in the 20L?? Thinking there really isn't enough time to fully cycle it. Maybe it would be better to just leave him in there....
Thats what i would do. Hopefully you will not have to spend to much.

Even at 3-4"s?? Please if this is from somewhat of first hand experience let me know.... I will ask the guy if they are separate in his store I guess.
If it will be ok I will do as stated above I think. One in a 10 gal. and 2 in the 20L... If not I will do one in 20L one in 100 and one (gl to him) in the 220.

very bad idea to put the two in such a small tank! they might kill eachother, and it is very easy for something to go wrong with such a small amount of water.

i would deff put them in a tank that is already cycled. 220 is pretty big for a small fish, so u might have to cut down the current a little.

even a very small armatus can handle rosies right off the start. i had a 3" and i started him right on goldfish....

the big tank is my opinion, just have salt on hand.

are there any fish that might kill them in the 100?

Its not a 100 it's a 10.
No there is nothing in any of the tanks that could mess with them. I could just thought a 20L would be easier to feed them in. If your saying they should be ok with goldfish then I could probably put them in the 220 and they should have no problems eating the golds.
I thought to separate all of them for a better survival chance. (sounds horrible).. If one doesn't survive int he 220 the other migth be ok in the 20L. LOL I never lose fish. I lost my wolf due to a heater. Besides that I have honestly never lost a fish for anything that is in my control. I guess i am just nervous as stated befroe because I have never owned an armatus or anything like it.

i thought you said 100.
try decreasing the flow in the 220 and put all three there.
they can take small goldfish.

they'll be better off in the 220 than 20. get a 55 if you really want to, but that's gonna last them what, 3-4weeks?:D

:(.... I knew I just blew a couple hundred. Well, I will put 2 int he 220 and one in the 20L.... I guess I will keep the 20L for feeders and/or a hospital tank after he grows out a little. I will need about 1 month probably before i can get the 8 footer up and running, and at this rate the 10 footer will be 6 months lol.
I guess first we will have to see if they are alive. 2 from Cali and one from NY..
Thx again for your guys help. Means a lot to me.
