What other fish do you have in there? If nothing else just net them up and hold them in there or breeder boxes...might sound mean but gotta do what ya gotta do

i have a midas, xiloaensis, female gt, loisselei, female flowerhorn
 
Leave him alone turn off the lights to minumize stress and check on him from time to time.

the lights are off...... do you think the other fish will attack him at night? hes bigger then all the fish in there
 
No telling but with the lights off they should mellow out a little, your going to have to watch them. You could put tank water in the ten gallon with an HOB and an air stone and a little aquarium salt to help with osmo reg then you can sleep. Tommorrow when hes back to normal intro him to the main tank

It's very possible he'll be attacked because he's vulnerable and the new guy, so he hasn't established his rank in the tank's heirarchy yet. What size tank do you have?

I don't want to be the mean one here, but those are a lot of fish for one tank. You'd need several hundred gallons to make that work. I'm also worried about the fact that you added that fish with zero quarantine, putting all your other fish at risk for disease. Believe me, skipping quarantine doesn't seem like a problem until you have an outbreak of ich or other parasites, then it's an absolute nightmare because you can lose all of your fish quickly. Please think about investing in a quarantine tank in the future.
