you try epsom salt? think Ive read this for swim bladder

Didn't try that. All that I have tried are salt, higher temp, and tetracycline.

My recommendation is that you continue to feed this fish and supplement the shrimp with some Kent Zoe or other multivitamin, such as Vitachem. I would not add salt and I certainly wouldn't add epsom salt. I'm not sure if you have continued with the tetracycline treatment, but that can be discontinued. As far as the antiparasitic meds, IMO that is reasonable. In the past, I have used the product from Jungle Labs. I can't remember the specific name, but these are large tablets which fizz (bubble) when added to the water. I would treat for parasites for one week. Since you have used tetracycline, keep an eye of the ammonia and nitrite levels. Finally, I would add a few feeders just to try to stimulate some swimming activity. Finally, I would not elevate the water temperature...76 should be ideal.
