i have no idea where you got this info but for the sake of anyone that comes across this thread, A fahaka will not work out in a 29g. Imagine a full size NFL football with a 4" long fan tail sticking off of it. And thats what a adult fahaka will look like. About 12" long and about 6-8" around, seriously they will be the shape of a NFL football.
