Um, "belly bloat" could be one of several things.
Example:
1. She ate too much
2. She's constipated
3. She's bearing eggs
4. She has dropsy.
First two aren't really problems, but you can relieve it by feeding some peas. The last one is the most difficult to deal with. Frequent water changes, dosing with epsom salt and metronidazole may cure dropsy in the early stages, otherwise its fatal.
Some pictures would be nice.
