One of most common causes of prolapse are worms. One of the common causes of skinny fish that are eating are worms. I would say there are somethings pointing to the potential of worms.

I have seen this condition several times over the years, including in a couple of fish that I owned. None had worms. This past discussion may help. Good luck.

Thank you guys for your input the fish has carried in as usual. I haven't treated yet since all are welll, they only possible negative sign is dullness n in color but not enough to warrant meds I think
