Just got a pair of potamorygon. One is in a great shape and start eating 3 hours after arriving. The shipment took 1.5 hours.

The other one looks like he is having a bite mark all over him. I moved him (without picking him out of the water) to a single tank 100x40x40cm with water height 13cm. I took water from the original tank (no change in water parameter)

I added seachem stress guard, salt and seachem prime on all in different hours (6-12 hours apart). The stingray won't eat anything. I put air pump, now setting up "dark room" so light won't gets in (heard that it helps). Also install heater to 86.

Last night, I saw the disk near the tail start curling. This morning no disk curled. But still won't accept any foods.

Questions:
1. How many days a ray could survive without food? Today is the 3rd days with no food.
2. How to treat him? Is it still possible to survive?

What type of food are you offering?

I offered frozen market prawn deshelled, frozen blood worm and live small ghost shrimp. I'm about to try earthworm. It's been 60 hours that he isn't eating anything. How long could a stingray survived without eating. I heard that stingray has small stomach that can't store plenty foods. That's why it needs to be fed often.

Please help. I am covering the whole tank with black plastic bag to darken the tank.

is your fish has the same white stuff all over? I'm worried that if I do wc, it would stress him up. He won't even eat anything I offered. I'm hopeless now.

Is there any recommended actions I supposed to take other than keep the water good.

Do what ur doing. Stressed fish do well with just letting be. Salt, clean water and time is the best cure. Hope it recovers.
