The oscar has been separated from all of them now. The tanks 400L, i do clean it often and test the water and haven't had a problem so far :)
 
sounds like intestinal inversion, which might have been a response to an internal parasite/simple cleaning. not trying to alarm you but i'd be worried if something bit the distended intestine. i'm sure cichlid keepers can advise you on how to treat an internal wound.

Just it's butt popped out, seperate tank with anti internal parasite med for 3-4 days and it went back in

this is not true at all .. i have 2 o's (8-10") 2 red hooks 5-7") and a royal knife (14") and a plec (14") all in the 130 and i have no problems at all
