Do you use dechlorine like Prime when you do water change? If you don't, you need it. Also, go to Fishware house and get 1 or 2 bottle of Maracyn Plus to treat it. Tell them the medicine is for arowana cloudy eye. They know it. Follow the recommended dosage on the back of the bottle. Remove all carbon. Turn off UV, if you have one connected to your system. Do 40% water change 3 days later, and add Maracyn at 1/2 recommended dosage. Good luck Hao

ok thanks john i dont use carbon and they eye just got worse after i did 40% water change,i added those dechlorine,salt but ill try fish warehouse

Mine will use it's barbles to find food even in no light and pitch-black environments. Sorry that happened and hopefully it wont end up blind.
