My friends didn't help. they said it was normal cloud eye and obviously didn't read the thread. Make sure you're feeding the normal food (I bet you are), make sure the carbon in the filter is new and clean and to frequent 10%-20% water changes.

good news,the white stuff is going away,the eye has black scars but its going to heal
