no let the water in the canister seats there along with the sucked out poop until i need to do maintenance on it..maybe i should test the water in that canister in a week and see the result.

i solved the problem and tested the system i made and it works like a charm, i used my old cannister with couple type sponges in it and hook it up to my vac tube. and return the water to the tank.works like a charm and no dime spent
thanks to mavrick813 for giving me inspiration.
tuck the system away just like i would do once done. and hook up the vac tube and plug-in when needed, no shipponing and less work and cut the time more than half.
do you have the canister running while youre not vacuuming out poop?
no i let the water seats in the canister along with the chunk of poops it sucked in there for convinience untill maintenance time calls it. maybe i should check the water parameter in it in a week or 2 before i re-use it and see the result. the canister holds about a gallon or 2 of water i think.
and i agree with brian, your going to have to clean it after every use because if you let the poop sit in there and the next time you fire it up, your going to be pumping in a "CRAP" load of ammonia.
no i do not plan to clean the filter each use, its prolly be once a month thing..i should test the water in canister in a week or 2 time frame.

canister solely use as vac nothing else and no i do not have canister filter running for the tank
are you sure its not nitrate?
if the result only pulling pulling out 40-60ppm of nitrate within that 1-2 gallon total in canister..i would save the hassle and proceed with the ease and convenience
To produce nitrate the bacteria breaking down the ammonia into nitrite, then nitrate need oxygen. Without oxygen your going to create an anaerobic environment. I've had canisters sit a couple days without running and they smell like awful rotten eggs. Don't think I would want to pump any of those toxins into my tank.
is leaking canister housed in 5G bucket with unhook hoses and open valves still count for lacking the oxygen?
