I know that's why I put in the post that is a new tank and I was going through a bacteria bloom. When the tank is new I was under the Assumption that the cloudy water was the BB Colonizing and settling on everything in the tank. There for can be killed bu the UV light it's not green it is white cloudy water. My bio load has not changed i am feeding less because of the ICK, So the only 3 variables are temp, salt and the UV light. I have not shown any ammonia for over a week until nowSalt at 3ppt will not kill BB.
And since BB is sessile (meaning it lives on surfaces (not planktonic) like filter media and substrate, means your UV will not kill it. UV only kill what flows thru the tube and is hit by the light.
