Yeah, there is no way either one of those fish ate your clownknife. He is either somewhere in your tank, or he is on your floor. Check inside your filters, and if you have an undergravel filter, he might be under it.

Ya at that size the aro's mouth is larger than it's stomach and the bichir well ya 4.5 takin down 7 hhhmmm? Sounds like a walking Clown!!
Ask the people in your house it might have jump, died and somebody must have found it then threw it out..check for cats as well...

I had a Violet Goby (Dragon fish), and one day it disappeared. 2months later I was redecorating that tank, and pulled out a deco. Out fell a violet goby, and it looked just recently dead, like a day or to. It had swam up a small holeand got stuck. So check all decos, pull them out and look. Chek that root you pulled out.

Okay mystery solved the knife has sqeezed himself into the root. I dont think he can get out. How do i cut the root (it's fake) without killing my fish in the process (the whole fish outta water thing).
