I couldn't wait any more so I just bought a brand new tank. Its only a 55gallon but the price was right and it came with the accessories ( filter heater powerhead oxygen pump ) can't wait to put him in. It think it should be good for a while from all the suggestions you all gave. Thanks again!!
can anyone please tell me the pH level for my black rhom ...I also set up my new tank on Sunday how long do you recommend before I put him in his new home?
what's the pH in your old tank?
as long as the filter has already cycled media and you treated the water with water conditioner you can move the fish in as long as temperature is same as your current tank. pH should be similar too unless you have a lot of wood and plants, etc in the old tank to lower the pH. use as much water from the old tank as possible.

finally got some more decor..do you think its too much stuff in the tank? he got more skittish when i upgraded the tank hopefully he will come out soon..as he gets more brave i will take out some stuff...just wanted to know everyone's opinion if you think its too crowded with sticks and stones or does it look better before ( previous post )
