Help! I'm trying to find a new reptile!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
personally i'd say get the tokay, they're not all as mean as people say, with some work (and gloves at first) they can calm down

See, that's the problem. She knows I take excellent care of all the herps I already have, she just doesn't want any more lizards. When I brought my last gecko home, it took 3 days before she even started talking to me.

At least she's letting me get a lionfish! :nilly:
She hasn't let me get a lionfish since she found out I was handing feeding my 2 old zebra dwarf lionfish (she made me trade them in).

I would absolutely recommend getting a crested gecko. They're fantastic animals that really enjoy handling. I just got two from an expo today. They're my first. Let me know how it goes!!

dwarf lions are pretty awesome, get a "FW moray eel" and convert it to SW, you can have a super mini predator reef

put a tight lid on the tank if you get the eel, they can find the smallest holes.

oh, and they really like live ghost shrimp

Hai ve a 30 gallon tank I'm selling on craigslist and this girl tryin to trade me a 55 gallon and a what she said is a plated lizard. She sent pics and said its only bout 12 inches long and as big as it'll get. Its a female she said. The wife didn't like it tho. The only thing the wife likes r bearded dragons and chameleons (spelling). Kinda sucks cause there's some cool reptiles out there. Goodluck with ur search. And if ur makin it a fish tank then gl with ur wet pet

Who brought this thread back to life? I made my choice a while ago already and I am using the 40 gallon as a growout for 3 Green Spotted Pufferfish.
