help in sexing festae

Was sold to me as a pair at a lfs. I just want to a get 2nd opinion. Thanks
1st - female?




2nd - male? , very hard to take picture of. very shy.

even the 3rd and 4th pic? sold to me as a "pair". Sorry for the typo. What makes the 3rd and 4th pic a female. I also notice a little hump on the head. If for sure a female, I maybe returning it to the lfs for an exchange.
What's a good indicator of a male?

They do look female to me because of coloring on the dorsal fin, but i'm no expert.

I was going by the dorsal like Ken said, but in the 3rd and 4th pic, it has a more gold coloration and has a male-ish shape. Can you get a close up profile shot of that fish for us?
