I'd say yes M+F..............both are off color could take a lil' while for them to get aclimated but the body shape of the above pic is male...........what appears to be a black line on the dorsal is way too long for an F it's probably really bluish grey. He's a lil' stressed from the move........The fins look sherreded which would explain the lack of extentions..........but that hump says male and ready to breed.
 
The 1st fish on the first post is already coloring up really red like a female is suppose to be but the fish above is still the same. The hump is the one that's really throwing me off plus the body shape.
 
Ok it's time for a vent shot. I've seen females with a hump before and males with a black dorsal fin so we gotta vent that sucker.
 
I mean look at your male Balton, looked like a female... Turns out male... Got dang ol' Festae haha

I agree a vent shot would put all suspicions to rest.
