Tetra Whisper Advanced Power Filter, Multi stage filtration for a 30-60 gal tank

GH is 60
KH is 0
PH is 6.0
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate is 0

Had it running about a week, did not know to check all the levels. Just started doing this.

Aquarium Gavel

6 guppies (had 8 - 3 died, but one of the babies is now an adult) had some babies other guppy babies, but not seeing them right now too small to see.
1 Mollie (had 3 - 2 died)
4 Red Tetras with white on fins
4 Black Tetras with white strip
5 Neon Tetras
2 CoryCats
2 Shrimp - have not seen them lately
4 Assassin Snails
Cant count the Bladder Snails

My tank is a 45 gal tank
how about ammonia?

Got a master testing kit, the Ammonia was high, so working on getting that out.
I coulda told ya that without the kit when you said your nitrates were at 0 lol.

you are going to have to dose with prime on a regular basis until your tank cycles completely and you are reading zero ammonia, zero nitrites, and probably 20-40 nitrates. I'd also suggest getting a bottle of Seachem Stability or Tetra Safestart+ to give your bacteria cultures a jumpstart....

Secondly I would use Seachem Paraguard to rid your tank of ich for sure. The heat/salt method takes far too long and with someone who hasn't been keeping fish that long can be more detrimental than just medicating....Paraguard is super easy on all fish, I use it with loaches and catfish with no ill effect...
