HELP leo acting funny

my new leo i got about 3 weeks ago is acting funny " walking " around in circles and swimming alot through out the tank... every now and then shows a quiver in his disk, no curl, checked water conditions all normal Amonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 20ppm, no change in ph, did a 50% water change last nite,, im woundering if my heater is causing pulses... i unplugged them hopping it helps, all other rays are fine but hiding under the sand

nothing on the underside but i can see some planaria on the top of him

I turned off the light and unplugged my oldest heater... he seems to be normal now still swimming in the bubbles alot but no more quivering... anyone have and idea? he also still chows on a bunch of food

Put your heater in a smaller tank and then put your hand inside. If its leaking you wont die but you will def. know!

Just purchase a new heater to be sure and as long as he is eating I would not worry about it.

yea im getting a new tank in a week, whole system so im not worried about the heater i have more then one in the tank anyways ...

Are you using a GFI receptacle or a normal wall outlet?

heater -> splitter -> outlet, both are disconnected right now

Try plugging you heater into the GFI in your bathroom (if it has one) and putting it in the sink. If it's faulty it should trip your GFI
