HELP ME FIND MY TURTLE PLEASE!!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hey,
Firstly, be careful with turtles and children. Salmonella poisoning is a possibility if they don't wash their hands properly afterwards.

How come you're getting a common snapper when you're moving house and had to get rid of the other turtles? I would wait until you are in a more stable situation, I know it's tempting when someone offers you an animal they no longer want but always put the animals needs first :)

Why is the turtle in a future-piranha tank?, what happened to it's own tank?

Best,
Paul

No, we keep detol wipes near the tanks and to leave my room (even if you didn't touch a thing you have to wipe your hands and when I have it (which is about 90% of the time) use hand sanitizer. She still washes her hands after though :)

I was told that we are staying in the current house for longer the day after the albino was sold so I am replacing it with a snapper. But this means that we can look for bigger house instead of a small, emergency house (by emergency I mean a house we can rent for a few months until we find a better house) therefore I can keep him.

It's still there but my sister put him in the wrong tank accidentally :')

Good idea with the hand sanitizer :)

Surely this could happen again and you could end up having to move into a short-term rented property though? Snappers aren't that hard to come by in the UK, it might be worth waiting until you've moved into your new house before getting anything else :)

What are your future plans, are you moving away for uni or college or anything?

Best,
Paul

I am staying home during uni i i go to somewhere within a 50 mile radius but if i move then i am getting a house or renting one (not a big fan of student accommodation) :)

When mine hopped out of the bucket while cleaning its tank spent an hour looking for it. Found it under my bed inside a small box. Assuming its been found or is dead or something, look in dark places within dark places.....

I found it one the same day, in the piranha tank *NO PIRANHAS IN THE TANK, IT JUST FINISHED CYCLING* but i put some african cichlids in my grow out tank and i will replace the piranha tank with a gator gar tank (just swapping fish, its a 250 gal)
