I agree with the lights. Keep them off and make sure the room is not to bright either. Makes a huge difference and is underrated

But dam you have nothing in your tank for bacteria build up.. I dont think your water is good.

You need media, or gravel or lots of decors, and a cycle for healthy water.
Do you have another tank that's been running for a while?

When was this tank set up and how old and where this water came from? If this tank is filled with new water from the faucet then there needs to be changes asap.

if that is the case, Take gravels and lots of decorations from a running tank and some of it's water and add new water to put this guy in..
 
i removed all those stuff as the fish is lying down....and they vll hurt him more.....
and the water is litt clouddy of the medicines and salt content....
 
wtf!!?? Medication for what? He's not sick bro! Now youre stressing him. You removed the things water need, and you added medication that the fish dont need and while he s hurting.

The only thing to use for this is stress coat or stress zyme. After he's up and running strong, give him Melifix to aid fin growth if you want (not needed)
