Help me remove ick-cure stain from my countertop before my mom kills me

In all seriousness though I feel for the guy. I've had similar experiences with malachite green in the past, another rather stubborn stain!

And if that work surface is indeed some fancy type of very expensive marble or granite then it's going to be some time before that stain fades.

I just hope some of the suggestions given so far to remove the stain are actually successful for him.

If not, then I'm afraid we're back to square one with desert puns and such, lol.

Well, guess I'm lucky, and if OP is alive maybe he can be lucky too one day. I got a wife who has generations of hair dye stains in the bathroom, most of them blue.
