So what's the best way to keep my PH in the 6.5-7.0 range needed for the fish I'm planning?
I picked up a 50lb bag of pool filter sand yesterday for $10.58. I still have to get a glass top and I'm going to get a dual bulb 36" fixture so that I can have enough wattage for plants in the tank, right now there's only a single bulb 24" that came with the tank. Picked up the tank off craigslist for $30, the lady was using it for a turtle so it has a screen top. Anyway not much to show but here's the tank with sand, 1 rock and water in it
Going to the LFS today (Aquarium Center) with my stock list to see what's available to me.
