Kelvinng01 sounds as though your fish is suffering form ammonia or nitrite poisoning. Odds are your tank is not cycled.
Kelvinng01, I am going to say this weather you like it or not.
If you can't afford or are just purely lazy to go out get a test kit to test for essential water parameters to sustain the life of a pretty impressive fish that you have chosen of your own freewill to own, then you DO NOT deserve to have the fish in the first place.
