help! my bgk has ich!!

i have heard that knives are more sensitive to treatment such as adding salt and tempeture. he has white spots on his body and has white on the end of his right fin. He keeps rubbing it on every thing. any help will be apreciated greatly. he is currently in a 10 gal by himself.

ive always used salt + high temp for my knives and works like a charm

i dont have aqarium salt or a heater ( i live in florida)

I used a liquid called Aquarasol - I used half the dose for twice as many days... and increased the temp in the tank. My BGK was fine.
