Help needed with ammonia really high

Hi guy im really stuck tank is a 6x2x2 700l which has bin running for best part of 2year but last month I keep getting mega high ammonia reading like off the scale high I have 7500lph of filtration 2x fx5s and 2 fluval 4s internals for a bit of flow I do 30% wc a week I have tryed everything wc, prime, zeolite, made a k1 filter stop feeding for 3day nothings working help

Stock is a pair of pearl stingrays 13inch disc

13inch silver arrowna

U need to do a 50 percent water change right away. Full dosage of prime. Then in 6 hour a 30 percent water change. Dose prime according to gallons u took out On this change. Repeat every day till ur parameters are zero.

I bin doing water every 3 days at 30% for last 2 weeks mate and no difference I feed prawns and mussels but only every 3rd day at min cos of water and I got two fx5s and 2 fluval 4s internals
