No arowana, I’d say no gar, and the pleco depends obviously as a species that gets 10” is ok while one that gets 36” is not ok. I personally wouldn’t get an Oscar but that’s a personal preference. No comment on the jd, flag tail, bichir, or shovelnose, I’ll leave those for the others.Hi 14 years old here wanting to add more to his predetor tank Will this stock work for a 5.5 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot aquarium 1 Florida gar 1 silver aro 2 Oscar’s 1 jd 1 flag tail 1 pleco 1 bichir 1 lima shovel nose will this work?
Wow I had a Florida Gar with bichir it never bothered them. I wouldn't recommend the gar due to aquarium size.personal experience, gars love to kill bichirs, even their own size.
I would be upgrading to a 250 gal tank once the aro reaches 18 inchesNo arowana, I’d say no gar, and the pleco depends obviously as a species that gets 10” is ok while one that gets 36” is not ok. I would be upgrading to a 250 gal tank once the aro reaches 18 inchesyes except for bichir. in my personal experience, gars love to kill bichirs, even their own size.by the way, you do know that these fish will get huge and you will need a pond to house them
Tens of thousands of people say they’ll upgrade but life happens and they never do. Get the big tank first, then get the arowana.I would be upgrading to a 250 gal tank once the aro reaches 18 inches
